Starting Monday, October 5 we'll be running a promotion to encourage all of you to enjoy our free Mind-Body classes! Attend classes, mark your card (attached) and one lucky participant will win a free massage! *


Here's how it works: 

  Step 1) Collect and print your card  HERE  
  Step 2) Attend one of the classes below / complete one of the wellness tasks
  Step 3) Mark the class / wellness task with the date you completed it and at the end of each week, email us a picture of your card with your progress marked


That's it! Each class or task is another ticket in the drawing. 


On Friday, November 27 we'll draw a raffle ticket and announce the lucky winner.

Not sure where to begin? Nervous about what you are able to do safely? Sign up for one of our FREE Wellness Assessments with Elise Pearce, a physical therapist who focuses on community wellness. In her 30-minute session she will assess your situation and advise you about which practices would be beneficial and which ones to avoid.

YOGA with Lorien

Free gentle yoga for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. Each class includes breathing techniques, gentle stretching and meditation tailored to the student dealing with cancer. Classes are designed to help regain strength, reduce stress and find relaxation. Chairs and household items are used for props, if needed. This is a beginner's class. No prior experience required.

TAI CHI with Allen

Free weekly class incorporates gentle movements, mindful breathing and visualization to counter the stress of managing cancer. In this class you will learn to reduce stress with breathing and mindfulness techniques, increase range of motion and balance and circulate blood, lymph and energy. No prior experience is required, all levels of health are welcome, and the classes are available to patients, caregivers, cancer survivors, as well as any professionals working with cancer patients. Drop-ins welcome. All practices can be modified to a sitting position.

FUNCTIONAL CORE FITNESS with Jeanette

Functional Core fitness teaches you how any functional movement can be an exercise for strengthening your core, which is a safe starting point for strengthening your body. Feel empowered by engaging in exercises that will improve posture, mobility, stamina and attitude. This group exercise is safe for all levels of fitness for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. Drop-ins welcome. All practices can be modified to a sitting position. Good to have on hand: pool noodle (or towel), small weights (optional), a tennis ball, chair. Remember to smile and go at your own pace!

BONE MAKERS with Vicki

Bone Makers is a symmetrical exercise and stretch system, modified for you. You can improve your overall health, sleep, skin, mood and best yet, keep your independence, with continued use. Just accept yourself wherever you are now and build upon it. This group exercise is safe for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. All practices can be modified to a sitting position. Good to have on hand: pool noodle (or towel), small weights (optional), a tennis ball, chair. Enjoy your fun and accessible workout!

QI GONG with Muhammed

Free weekly class incorporates gentle movements, mindful breathing and visualization to counter the stress of managing cancer. Similar to the Tai Chi class, this course will focus on practices designed for people with cancer. No prior experience is required, all levels of health are welcome, and the classes are available to patients, caregivers, cancer survivors, as well as any professionals working with cancer patients. Drop-ins welcome. All practices can be modified to a sitting position.
